The School Food Revolution

Jamie Oliver's Food RevolutionAs a LEED AP green building consultant and an educational, green toy retailer, I’m passionate about healthy environments for kids and healthy eats. So when I saw what Jamie Oliver is doing, I signed the Food Revolution Petition.

“Serve fresh food, don’t sell junk food, grow something you can eat, eat local, eat seasonal, don’t supersize…” Jamie offers  great ways to get your child’s school started, including these tips and more from Jamie’s School  Food Charter.
